One thing the adjustable rate mortgage it is a 3 year or a 5 year arm ?  Because that means the bank could raise  a 4.5 % interest rate on the mortgage to something like 6. 8 % after 3 years or 5 years of paying the routine mortgage which depending on what the increased amount turns out to be it might hit your finances or it might not. This is why my preference is for a fixed rate 30 year mortgage. What you pay in the beginning is exactly what you pay at the end.

Beliefs:

1)Live life with honor and integrity and follow your ideals. Cowardice is common currency.
2) You have to earn fight  and struggle for what you value or else how can you appreciate the reward. The bruises  and scrapes will tell you why.
3) Peace of mind and health  trumps  everything being at the root of all happiness else because with neither there is no enjoyment only death,  and the miserable slow withering of the spirit/consciousness and suffering.

Instincts:

1) It is better to live on your feet than  to die on your knees.
2) Shore up weaknesses of character that expose vulnerabilities that  adversaries use as an entrance to mess with you.
3)  Persevere and buckle up your seat belt when the heat comes and it will. Things happen for a reason though you might not see this at time hindsight is always 20/20.

 Yeah congrats man.  I still have the Army as a backup plan if all else goes in the crapper. My recruiter is still calling so I guess a big push to close out the war needs more people.  So we will see how corporate life still pans out going forward.

I had a job like this when I was desperate and unemployed, I'm guessing it's marketing of some kind, you'll have to either door-knock or cold-call people and try to sell them something. When I was doing it I wasn't paid anything until I made a sale and then it was all commission based, no wage, no steady income.

After 3 days work, 12 hrs each day I told them where to shove it. I just worked a normal full time week in 3 days for NOTHING.

I turned down a commision based telemarketing job because of this. I have to work ten hour days, five days a week, without the possibility of getting paid? Fuck that. The pyramid scheme works great for those who realize that they should sell their inventory in bulk to someone else. As long as you can scam some chump into buying your stuff and selling it individually himself, you are set.

 I think they want to you to work for Intergang Michael..the problem is Metropolis would be a long commute no ?

Yep. I am another log in the sawmill. I turned 39 years old in January. But I enjoy being a dad. Who knew it would  rock to have a son and daughter ?  The grins on their faces make it all worthwhile the hells I have faced  and will face.

 Yep. I have a boss that like to scream and curse and disrespect everyone in the office and not give specific instructons in regards to programming projects..so I am supposed to intuit and guess what he wants and get in done yesterday. I am supoposed to memorize every field of every SQL production database on every server that we have and we have well over a 1000 databases. I ask him where it is..hey you have been here three years you should know it.
While suppressing the urge to throw his Napoleon complex ass out of a window and listen for the thump as we are 30 stories up in a skyscraper overlooking Ground Zero..which gets me feeling like  I am trespassing at a mass graveyard and out of respect I should be elsewhere.
New York City Subways are notorious for delays and  crowds that shove and place their crotch into your spine or  that read a Wall Street Journal directly over your head.  I won't even get into  the bad breath and body odor or the overdosing on perfume or people playing I-pod so loud from their earbuds  it is like a radio while you are trying to ignore and read and zone out.
Gaming and writing and podcasting take me out of my funk and I have got to get cracking on my con game write up as I have about a month left to finish my  Savage Worlds offering and get up to speed.

Never expected to be the dad of a son and daughter who spends time with his kids but without the special woman in my life. And dating which at this point is something I have been doing it gets exhaustive and expensive. It is like putting your heart and your wallet in a blender and hitting frappe and then she drinks it and says I wish I had a V8.

 Well I fired my old GM which is the reverse of your topic. He was arrogant, selfish, argumentative and loud and thought of nothing but the game and  barely considered his player's feelings or thoughts outside of gaming. When my son was born he didn't congraulate me and when I showed a picture of my girlfrien at the table to everyone who asked to see it he looked at it and handed it back with any comment save a shrug.  He would say I want you to tell me when I am being an obnoxious douche because he respected honestly and then when I told him he was disrespecting me or others to the side he would blow up. I walked away from him when I had  too much. He commited suicide last year in October after he walked away from the group for nearly two years before so I supposed in hindsight it was a mutual firing or parting of ways. I never realized undernaeth the anger and resentment just how unhappy with his life that he actually was as I thought about it. It made me think that it is better to retain good friendships than game if it comes to a chocie between the two. And that effective communication is key in all relationships whether it be arounfd or outside the table. Toxicity builds if it isn't addressed and can result in huge blowouts that see the demise of  groups.
You will find a new group eventually. The key is to that when you do to be open in your communication with them
and to cultivate a mutual respect with each other so that you build good currency for a lasting gaming relationship.
