General Discussion / Property Management
« Last post by shawnii5 on February 24, 2015, 03:25:00 AM »
Property management is the operation, control, and oversight of real estate as used in its most broad terms. Management indicates a need to be cared for, monitored and accountability given for its useful life and condition. This is much akin to the role of management in any business.
As a full service property management firm, we offer the following services.
* Advertising and marketing of vacant units
* Lease drafting and move-in procedures
* Complete screening of all tenants
* Monthly and Quarterly Inspections
* 24hr Maintenance
* Monthly Rental Collections
* Coordination of all eviction proceedings
Property management is also the management of personal property, equipment, tooling and physical capital assets that are acquired and used to build, repair and maintain end item deliverables. Property management involves the processes, systems and manpower required to manage the life cycle of all acquired property as defined above including acquisition, control, accountability, responsibility, maintenance, utilization and disposition.

Sounds like this will be released soon?

So maybe they will release the sandbox again before the first episode is released?

Well its a thought...

Well Coyote appears to have died (should I spoiler that?), Ramiel appeared and then left as reality reasserted itself.

Ricochet remains the only knight who doesn't remember what happened... well unless they're named Jeremiah...

Looks like Accel may return if he hasn't already remember that story about Reignsborough's past and someone bargained for land and supposedly used ringers to obtain more land and ended up cursed for their duplicity.

Now what if that was Accel?

Cursed into maybe a vampire or obsessed with living long enough to restore Sepouia, he has the speed but was that enough to kill Partisan?

What do you think?

Well its an alternate reality present day game!

Hairtrigger is... Hairtrigger but  don't know if she's just called Bette or is this Hacker they're talking about.

Jake is that the guy they interrogated who has the ability to teleport people via the shadows?

Necropath seems a mite more street level than before... Ricochet has a job!!!

Coyote is now married and has a son, he was adopted by Ironclaw!

Riptide is now a Duke and about to marry Coyote's sister!

The Axis won the war in Europe... the Dutch hold a grudge!

And I'm left wondering who Partisan was... and where Ramiel the Angel of Noodles is lurking...

Apparently there's a sandbox episode for the new season end of next week (8th of August), same bat channel same time... maybe! :o

Finally listening to this podcast and have to agree... WTH PAUL! ;D

Hey who didn't want to include any loved ones?

I know John mentioned that but I believe Ramiel has family in his normal identity but he was the only player who mentioned trying to avoid that so having a hard time seeing any of the others having problems with that...

Hey isn't Riptide his character or am I mistaking him for a different John? ???

Looking forward to Friday and the episode handling the feedback from Season 2 of the Knights and most especially for the Ghosts of Reignsborough!

So any chance of a sequel or even an ongoing series involving the Ghosts?

Well okay once Season 3 is resolved... hopefully! :o
Fear the Con is this week isn't it?

So might be a while before I get an answer to the age old question in a zombies meets supers game of whether or not having an enclave from the start is better than having a group of PCs prove their worth to a new enclave in a world where the majority of its populace just won't stay dead! :o

Up to the starships episode now and finally understand the mix up between the Excalibur and the Excelsior!

Well obviously there's no Stan Lee on one of them! ;)

About to learn why they selected Aegean so I'll be able to reach episode 4 as the Search for Paul continues! :)

Listening to part 5 and I don't mean the Final Front Ear!

Listening to the sandbox episodes of this series again!

Out of curiosity will you be using the other characters the group came up with as npc's or as part of the other character dialogues like you did with the Angel of Noodles?

Sorry keep forgetting his name I'm sure someone will oblige but with this I was wondering if we'd get Bridget or one of the other characters not chosen as a PC turning up... well if Archer has his dog after all...

Back to listening to the episodes!

Been looking at Rotted Capes especially after Fandibles released their actual play podcasts on this game.

However I'm at a quandry as to how to start this off.

Now my original idea is to have the players design their characters and explain they're aboard a train heading into a devastated London on various missions of salvage, loot and rescue of important supplies, people and information for back home.

I'm designing a Super Zombie Nemesis to introduce but hopefully they won't turn this into a one shot since I really don't know if I can get across the idea that this isn't Shaun of the Dead but Man of Steel and the Kryptonians led by Zod are Zombies who are trying to settle on the planet (and no they aren't as powerful as the movie version after all I'm not that nasty!).

I'm thinking this might work better as more open ended so whatever they end up doing will explain where it goes next.

My version is they recover the supplies, intel and people to help escape from London and flee back out on the train with the zombies in pursuit and the Super Zombie trying to pull a fight atop of the train carriages until knocked off long enough for the PC's to switch tracks and send their train down a branch line and then reset the line so their pursuers keep heading down the main line unaware where the PCs' train has disappeared to.

It strikes me that you know horror way better than me so I was wondering what you thought about that?

The topic question is that I've seen exactly one episode of the Walking Dead (the first I have the first season but currently recovering from seeing what happened to the horse you can understand I am taking my time before episode 2! :o) so I get the impression that zombie apocalypses and wandering into large cities is a very bad idea! :( so i'm left wondering whether I should bother trying to design an enclave for the players to call home since my other experiences tend towards them deciding to forget about a home base and go wandering... its not as if there's a zombie apocalypse or anything afetr all! ;)

Anyway thanks in advance have fun at Fear the Con!
Ideology of Madness / Knights of Reignsborough Season 3 Question(s)
« Last post by darkwintre on May 30, 2014, 08:37:03 AM »
1) So who will they be running start of Season 3?

Paul: I think Hairtrigger got pulled back to the new reality admittedly I'm wondering if her costume comes along with her otherwise she'll need a new look given there aren't any dress shops around!

Tim: I'm hoping Coyote finds himself stuck in a past incarnation

Wayne: Any chance he might be running Guardian since he did witness the light event and might have been able to shield himself thereby finds himself in the past?

John/Riptide: Maybe run Hex-Fire revealing what happened to him from the Ghosts episodes?

John/Necropath: Maybe playing an escapee from Columbus's crew?

2) Did those five actually travel to Dauger Island and sacrifice themselves expecting Iron Claw to try and use them to change what happened?

Does this mean all five also ended up in the past although maybe Injun Joe didn't survive the trip?

3) So their plans required Ricochet to screw up?
Huh... so maybe Iron Claw doesn't know what it actually took to complete his plan maybe that means all of the Knights and Riptide were left temporally immune to the time change and are stuck in the past also?

4) Does this mean Johnny hasn't been eating what he ate at the end of the ghosts episodes?

5) Will we ever have John run Ramiel Angel of Noodles?!!!

Wait if he's the Angel of Light does that mean he'll have something to say about that event?

I guess not so maybe Angel of Noodles is a better description after all!

6) Will Star Trek Aegean pop up before Season 3 of Knights of Reignsborough?

7) So were the Big Pinks anything to do with Iron Claw's plans or was it all a red herring?

Guess this is where you all chime in!
