So, here's the deal folks. I'm a busy guy, and as such, things are starting to fall through the cracks a bit. v3 and the Showcase absence are two good examples of this.
So, here's what I'm looking for/proposing. I need someone who can help organize those two things. After determining who is going to be on the Showcase, the hardest part of the Showcase is e-mailing people and lining up schedules.
For v3 events, it means contacting a few of the regular stores (who usually have their own point of contact) and letting them know when the date of it is, and if that works for them. Then, updating the v3 page in the forums, and likely the new internet site, when it's set to drop and what the details are.
We try and do a Showcase monthly, and we try and rock the v3 once a quarter.
In exchange for managing all of this for me, I am prepared to pay for someone's room at Gencon. Free and clear. You just gotta get yourself there (or to St. Louis when I'm leaving and
I will drive you). Spooky Outhouse will likely get another big block of rooms again, and all sorts of raucous parties will ensue, I'm sure.
