The audio was much better guys. Thanks. I could hear everyone clearly without boosting the volume.

And because the volume wasn't too high, the yelling wasn't an issue at all.

One of the simplest tricks I use with NPCs is the John Wick 3 list. 3 descriptions of physical appearance, 3 descriptions of capability and 3 motivations.

Great show and great sound as well.
